We offer a 100-day return policy on all unused items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked, provided it remains in its original condition.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our suitcases are backed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers.
